医疗机构药品使用安全规制分析

摘要

药品是人们日常生活必不可少的特殊物品,随着社会和经济的不断发展,人们的健康意识和生活质量要求迅速提升,确保药品安全就是重要的民生.由于医疗机构是我国患者购买药品的主要渠道,因此医疗机构的药品使用安全规制极为重要.本文系统地探讨了我国当前医疗机构药品管理规制制度的不足之处.在借鉴域外一些国家药品安全规制制度经验的基础上,提出完善我国医疗机构药品安全规制制度,完善药师准入制度,明确药房建设要求以及推进行业规制,从法治的角度确保用药安全.%With the continuous development of society and economy,people's awareness of health and quality of life are rapidly increasing.Drugs have become essential items of daily life.To ensure the safety of drugs is an important livelihood.Medical institutions in our country are the main channel for patients to buy drugs,so the safety regulation of drug use is very important.This paper systematically discusses the deficiencies of the current medical institutions in china.According to other national drug safety regulation system,and then the article puts forward some suggestions to improve drug safety regulation system of medical institutions in China.
