武汉市性病患者梅毒扩大检测动员前后检测情况调查

摘要

目的:了解武汉市对性病患者进行梅毒扩大检测试点工作的成效,分析动员前后患者梅毒检测情况.方法:以2015年5月-11月就诊的性病患者为调查对象,收集患者性病就诊史、动员检测情况、检测结果等,采用χ2检验和Logistic回归分析分析相关数据.结果:本次研究调查性病患者388例,共检测出梅毒阳性75例,筛查阳性率为24.92%.其中70例为动员前接受的梅毒检测,占93.33%;5例为动员后接受的梅毒检测,占7.67%.动员前后,梅毒检测阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).动员前患者梅毒检测人数为209人,经过动员,梅毒检测人数增加92人,患者梅毒检测率从53.87%提高到77.58%.结论:通过培训促进了医务人员的检测意识,较大程度提高了性病门诊患者的梅毒检测率,提高了医疗服务质量,性病门诊促进梅毒检测工作具有有效性及可行性.%Objective: To evaluate the effect of the enlargement of detecting syphilis among STD patients in Wuhan, thus provide evidence for provider-initiated syphilis testing and counseling.Methods: Taking STD patients as investigation object from May to November 2015 to collect history of STD treatment of patients, mobilization inspection situation, the test results and so on.Results: A total of 388 subjects were investigated.75 syphilis positive subjects (24.92%) were detected of which 70 subjects were tested before mobilization (93.33%) and 5 subjects were tested after mobilization (7.67%).There were significant difference (P<0.01).Before mobilization, there were 209 subjects received syphilis test.The number had a 92 growth after mobilization and the testing rate increased from 53.87% to 77.58%.Conclusion: Through STD propaganda at consulting room and doctor mobilization counseling and testing, the doctors'' detection consciousness was improved, thus the syphilis detection rate among STD patients were promoted, the ability of detection of syphilis patients was greatly improved, the quality of medical services was improved.It is proved that the enlargement of detecting syphilis among STD patients is effective and feasible.
