武汉市某三甲医院新职工医德医风认知情况调查

     

摘要

目的:了解武汉市某三甲医院新职工对医德医风的认知情况,为医院今后加强医德医风教育和建设提供参考依据.方法:采用问卷调查的方式和整群抽样方法,抽取该医院2014年新职工进行调查,并对问卷进行描述性分析.结果:对于医德医风内涵表示了解的新职工有84.8%,63.4%的新职工对医德医风总体持肯定评价,90.2%的新职工认为医德医风与医疗纠纷有关系.对于不良医德医风的表现,新职工普遍认为"开不必要的大检查""滥用药品""医药购销中收受回扣"等现象较为突出,78.6%的新职工表示能做到坚决抵制不良医德医风.99.2%的新职工认为加强医德医风培训是有必要的,在培训方式的选择上,大部分新职工认为"临床医生经验分享"(81.6%)、专家授课"(66.4%)、"正反典型教育"(65.3%)的方式较好;对于培训内容,新职工普遍认为应该包括"医德规范"(91.9%)、"医患沟通"(83.2%)、"行业纪律"(81.8%)等内容.结论:加强医院新职工医德医风教育十分必要,应从实际需求出发,采用内容丰富、形式多样的教育方式,加强医德医风建设.%Objective: To understand the hospital new employees' cognition of medical ethics so as to provide reference of strengthening the medical ethics education and construction.Methods: Using the questionnaire survey, we randomly selected the new employees of 2014 in a grade-three first-class hospital in Wuhan to analysis the questionnaire by descriptive analysis.Results:84.8%of respondents believed they understood the cognition of medical ethics.63.4%of respondents hold a positive attitude to medical ethics.90.2%of respondents considered there a relationship between medical ethics and medical disputation.As for the negative phenomena of medical ethics, most respondents considered "prescribing unnecessary big examination" "medicine abu-sing" "taking rebates from prescription" were more serious.78.6%of respondents believed they could firmly resist the negative phenomena.99.2%of respondents believed that it was necessary to strengthen the training of medical ethics.As for the training methods, most of the respondents suggested "experience sharing" (81.6%),"experts instruction" (66.4%) and"typical positive or negative educations" (65.3%).When comes to the training contents, the respondents generally agreed it should include"medi-cal moral standards" ( 91.9%) ,"doctor-patient communication" ( 83.2%) and "professional rules and disciplines" ( 81.8%) . Conclusion:It is very necessary to strengthen the new employees' education of medical ethics.To enhancing the medical ethics construction should be based on employees' demand, which was expected to have diversified forms and rich contents.
