Objective: To find out the current situation and the training demand of the Health and Family Planning Commis-sion emergency management personnel and to provide evidence for developing the emergency management personnel training pro-grams.Methods: A survey was conducted in health emergency managers using questionnaire .The analysis items included training time, training method, training mode, teacher, content, examination and graduation.Results:During 2013 and 2014, the average number of annual training period was 1.13 times.It did not reach the request of 2-3 times every year.The training method is based on lectures, but the need for simulation exercises and case analysis is the highest.The training is based on the theoretical basis of teaching.On the basis of the theory of health emergency , the demand of training content is combined with the theory and practice of emergency management.The overall training satisfaction is not high, only 12.82%of the participants are very satisfied.Conclu-sion: Many training jobs have been gradually carried out in the Health and Family Planning Commission emergency management personnel, but there still have some issues to be solved such as the city and county training opportunities imbalance , a single ap-proach to training, lack of comprehensive teachers, unstandardized training module and not valued training effectiveness evaluation. It is necessary to further improve the emergency training mechanism , and to promote the development of health emergency training scientifically based on demand.%目的:了解卫生计生委应急管理人员的培训现状及需求情况,为应急管理人员培训方案的制定提供依据.方法:采用问卷调查的方法,从培训时间、方法、形式、师资力量、内容、考核和结业6大方面对广西各级卫生计生委应急管理人员进行现状与需求调查,采用描述性统计分析.结果:2013-2014年广西卫生应急管理人员平均培训1.13次/年,未达到2-3次/年的培训需求;培训方法以专题讲座为主,但模拟演练和案例分析的培训需求最高;培训形式以理论基础授课为主;对培训内容的需求是以卫生应急相关理论为基础的应急管理方法和技能培训;总体培训满意度不高,接受培训的人员中仅12.82%表示非常满意.结论:卫生计生委应急管理人员的培训工作已逐步开展并取得一定成效,但也存在市级与县级人员培训机会不平等、培训方式单一、综合师资力量缺乏、培训课程模块化以及不重视培训效果评估等问题,需进一步完善应急培训机制,以需求为导向,科学推动卫生应急培训的开展.
