目的:调查新疆某医学院校医学生志愿服务现状,了解新疆医学生志愿服务的参与意愿、认知水平,发现存在的问题,为进一步规范医学生志愿服务提供依据.方法:采用分层整群抽样,对760名在校学生进行问卷调查.结果:65％的学生有过志愿服务的经历,39％的志愿服务与医疗服务活动相关;一半以上的医学生参与志愿服务的意愿强烈;35％的学生认为不参加志愿活动是没有时间和精力,40％的学生认为参与志愿服务途径与渠道不足;部分新疆医学生对志愿服务认知存在偏差;学生专业性志愿服务开展不足.结论:医学生志愿服务认知水平和参与志愿服务积极性有待提高,学校应组织和开展医学生专业性志愿服务,提高医学生的职业素养和临床实践能力.%Objective:To survey voluntary service status of students in a Xinjiang medical college,and to know their participative intention,cognition level and existing problems,so as to provide basis for further standardizing voluntary services of medical students.Methods:Stratified cluster sampling was applied to carry out a questionnaire on 760 medical students.Results:The medical students who had voluntary services experience accounted for 65％.39％ of voluntary service types was related to medical service activities.More than half medical students in Xinjiang schools had strong intention of voluntaryservices,but they were limited by time and energy(35％) as well as voluntary service paths and insufficient channels (40％).Some medical students had some cognitive bias on voluntary services.The professional voluntary services of medical students in Xinjiang were insufficient.Conclusion:The medical students" cognition and participative enthusiasm of voluntary services should be improved.The medical colleges should organize and carry out professional voluntary services so as to improve professional quality and clinical practical ability of medical students.
