吉林省某医学院学生A型行为及相关因素调查

摘要

目的:调查医学生A型行为及其与身体状况、生活习惯、社会心理等因素的相关性.方法:采用整群抽样方法,使用一般情况调查问卷、A型行为问卷、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表和标准血压测量等方式对吉林省某医学院的695名医学生进行调查.结果:医学生A型行为的检出率为16.8％;A型行为问卷得分与性别、生活习惯、社会心理的相关性均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:A型行为的医学生占一定比例,建议医学院校定期开展A型行为筛检,帮助A型行为医学生矫正行为,改善心理状态和不良生活习惯,从而降低医学生心血管疾病和心理障碍的发病风险.%Objective:To investigate type A behavior in medical college students,and the correlation among physical status,lifestyle,social psychology health and type A behavior.Methods:695 medical students in Jilin Province were selected through cluster sampling method and were investigated by using general situation questionnaire,type A behavior pattern questionnaire,SAS,SDS and a standardized BP measurement.Results:The detection rate of type A behavior in medical students was 16.8％.The correlation between type A behavior questionnaire score and gender,living habits,and social psychology was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:There was a certain proportion of type A behavior in medical students.Medical colleges should screening type A behavior regularly and help type A behavior medical students to correct their behavior,so as to improve the bad habits of life and mental state to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and psychological illness.
