Objective:To know the basic situation of standardized training for TCM professional degree graduate.Methods:A written investigation was conducted on the training situation of the TCM professional degree graduate of a university in Changsha by using the way of the normal operation of "the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics".Statistical analysis was pedormed using SPSS17.0.Results:The students generally reflected that the training base attached great importance to the standardized training and basic training specifications according to the provisions of the state stricdy,and they gained the great harvest through the training.But the students also put forward some problem such as the treatment of graduate students was too low,there were contradictions between degree courses and clinical training,some chnical departments were with insufficient teaching.Conclusion:The government should further improve the policy for "two track in one" and properly handle the contradiction between clinical training and study of postgraduate degree course by deepening the coordination of hospitals and universities,improve the eatment of graduate students oriented to serve the grassroots.The training base should strengthen their own construction and improve internal management.%目的:了解中医硕士专业学位研究生规范化培训的基本情况.方法:主要采用《中国特色社会主义理论与实践研究》平时作业的方式,对湖南某高校中医硕士专业学位研究生的规范化培训情况进行书面调查,用SPSS17.0进行统计分析.结果:学生普遍反映,培训基地高度重视规范化培训工作,规范化培训的基本方式严格按国家规定进行,通过培训收获很大.但也提出研究生待遇过低、学位课程与临床培训之间存在矛盾、一些临床科室带教不够重视等问题.结论:政府应进一步完善“双轨合一”的政策设计;处理好临床培训与研究生学位课程学习之间的矛盾;以服务基层为导向提高规范化培训研究生待遇;培训基地加强自身建设搞好内部管理.
