心理弹性理论在孕期抑郁情绪护理中的应用与展望

摘要

Depression during pregnancy has extremely serious harm to both mother and fetus, but so far there hasn't a system-atic nursing method.Through the review and in-depth analysis of studies about depression care during pregnancy and resilience, the authors briefly expounded the characters of psychological changes of pregnant female .The authors explored the application of resili-ence theory in depression care during pregnancy with the support of Kumpfer resilience theory framework , put forward the applica-tion prospect of this field, and formed systematic thoughts for depression care during pregnancy.%孕期抑郁症对母亲和胎儿都有极其严重的危害，而目前还没有较系统的孕期抑郁护理方法。本文通过对国内外孕期抑郁护理和心理弹性相关研究进行分析，阐述妊娠女性的心理变化特征，在Kumpfer心理弹性理论框架的支持下，探讨心理弹性理论在孕期抑郁护理中的应用，展望在该领域中的应用前景，提出了系统的孕期抑郁护理思路。
