上海市杨浦区社区全科医生的科研需求分析

摘要

Objective: To find out the current academic research status and demand of community general practitioners , thus provide a scientific reference for community academic research training.Methods:A questionnaire investigation was carried out a-mong 108 general practitioners from 11 community health centers in Yangpu district of Shanghai.Results: 38.9%of the general practitioners had the academic research experience.The restrictive factors were as follows:lack of necessary scientific research com-petence, time and research funds.General practitioners had high demand of the academic research process training.There were pos-itively correlation between demand degree of research methods and educational background .Concerning the topic interpretation training demand, it was shown that those who had experience of scientific research were significantly higher.Conclusion:The gen-eral practitioners in Shanghai had certain research foundation but they were still in the initial stage.There was high demand of scien-tific research.It was necessary to carry out the sufficient academic research training for the community general practitioners .%目的：了解社区全科医生科研现况及需求，为全科医生科研知识培训提供参考。方法：对上海市杨浦区11家社区卫生服务中心的108名全科医生进行问卷调查。结果：38．9％的社区全科医生有科研经历。制约科研的主要因素为缺乏必要的科研能力、缺乏时间、缺乏科研经费支持。全科医生对科研流程培训的需求高，其中对“研究方法”的需求度与学历呈正相关；有科研经历者对“破题”培训的需求明显高于无科研经历者。结论：上海市全科医生有一定的科研基础，但处于起步阶段，科研需求高。开展适合社区全科医生的科研培训十分必要。
