Objective:To investigate passive smoking status of pregnant women and smoking behavior of their husbands so as to provide evidence for guiding family tobacco control.Methods:By using stratified random cluster sampling method,553 pregnant women in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria were investigated.Results:The passive smoking pregnant rate was 66.9％,and they usually had discomfort caused by husband's secondhand smoke.The husband smoked (8.94±4.81) cigarettes during pregnancy,which was lower than before (11.34±4.98).During pregnancy,the husband increased the number of seriously trying to quit smoking,and reduced smoking near wife within 3 meters.Conclusion:The rate of passive smoking of the pregnant woman whose husband is a smoker is far higher than that of the ordinary pregnant woman,which deserves special attention.To protect the health of wife and fetus is an important motivation for husband to quit smoking.Community health service stations and related health management staffs should make full use of husband's smoking cessation motivation to provide scientific and effective guidance.%目的:调查丈夫为吸烟者的孕妇被动吸烟状况以及怀孕前后丈夫吸烟行为的改变情况,为科学有效地开展家庭控烟提出参考依据.方法:通过分层随机整群抽样方法,对553例符合纳入标准的孕妇进行了问卷调查.结果:丈夫为吸烟者的孕妇被动吸烟率高达66.9％,因接触丈夫的二手烟引起身体不适的情况多见;孕期丈夫吸烟数量为(8.94±4.81)支,低于怀孕前的(11.34±4.98)支,丈夫在孕期的各项吸烟行为均发生了改变,如认真地尝试戒烟的次数增多,且在妻子3米范围内吸烟的情况有所改善等.结论:丈夫为吸烟者的孕妇被动吸烟率远远高于普通孕妇,值得特别关注;对妻子和胎儿健康的维护给了丈夫重要的戒烟动机,社区卫生服务站及相关健康管理工作人员应充分利用吸烟丈夫的戒烟动机,提供科学有效的戒烟指导.
