上海市医疗机构开展社会工作服务的现状分析

摘要

目的:通过问卷调查和访谈的方法了解上海市医疗机构开展社会工作服务的现状.方法:分别向35家目前开展社会工作服务的医疗机构发放问卷,在有效回收问卷的机构中抽取15名专职社会工作者进行访谈.结果:目前上海市医务社会工作在部门建制、人才队伍建设、服务范围及水平上取得了很大成绩,但仍面临机构间发展水平参差不齐、社会认同度低、缺乏社会支持等问题.结论:上海市医务社会工作发展机遇与挑战并存,建议采取多种措施破除困境,推动医务社会工作专业化、职业化进程.%Objective:To know the current status of Shanghai's medical social work in medical institutions via questionnaire and interview.Methods:35 medical institutions with active social works were sent questionnaires and 15 professional social workers from the institutions with qualified questionnaires were interviewed.Results:Shanghai's medical social work is prospering at department construction,personnel construction and service scope and level currently,while it is still facing problems like divergent level,lack of social identity and support.Conclusion:The development of Shanghai's medical social work is facing both opportunity and challenge.It is recommended to take a number of measures to get rid of difficulties,to promote medical social workers professional occupation process.
