浅析我国城市公立医院药房托管模式--以南京市为例

摘要

Due to the special characteristics of health care system in China , the phenomenon of virtual‐high drug prices becomes more and more serious .Therefore ,most scholars consider that“separation of clinic from pharmacy”is necessary . Reviewing the literature ,this article analyzed present situation and its pros and cons according to the background and business circumstance of pharmacy trusteeship .Offering proposals to realize new pharmacy trusteeship in policy ,organic system and operating mechanism , pharmacy management , long‐term security for patient’ s benefit , selection for drug enterprises and long‐term cooperation between hospital and enterprises were discussed .%由于我国医疗体制的特殊性，药价虚高的现象越来越严重，大部分学者认为“医药分家”势在必行。以文献研究的方法对“药房托管”相关的资料进行分析，从“药房托管”的背景、南京市“药房托管”的经营来阐述其现状、分析其利弊，并对药房管理的问题、患者利益的长期保证、药品经营企业的选择及医院与其长期合作等问题进行探讨，针对药房托管的政策保障、组织体制及运行机制三方面提出实现新型的医院“药房托管”的建议。
