基于PubMed数据库的近五年缺血性脑卒中文献计量分析

摘要

To determine the distribution characteristics and the main research direction of the papers on brain infarction,to understand about the brain infarction current situation,so as to provide a basis for further scientific research.By the methods of bibliometrics and co-word clustering analysis,we analyzed the papers on brain infarction based on PubMed database during 2011～2015.We detected 5831 papers and 63 high frequency words related to brain infarction,and we found that the high frequency words could be divided into six categories by the co word clustering analysis.The research hotspots of brain infarction focus on 6 fields of imaging,treatment experimental,complication,nerve function injury,ischemia reperfusion injury,traditional chinese medicine treatment experimental.%明确缺血性脑卒中文献分布特点和主要研究方向,探索缺血性脑卒中的研究现状,为进一步的科学研究提供基础.运用文献计量学和共词聚类分析的方法对PubMed数据库收录的2011年～2015年缺血性脑卒中相关文献进行分析.共检出发表的有关缺血性脑卒中论文5 831篇,相关高频主题词63个,共词聚类分析发现高频主题词聚类为6个类别.缺血性脑卒中的研究热点主要集中在影像学研究、治疗实验研究、并发症研究、神经功能损伤研究、缺血再灌注损伤研究、中药治疗实验研究等领域.
