湖北省智慧医疗发展困境及对策研究

摘要

For further improvement of the intelligent medical construction,it is necessary to master the development situation and facing problems in Hubei Province.On the basis of the survey and research from province and cities,the intelligent medical construction in Hubei Province has obtained some achievements in the constructions of the intelligent medical theoretical system,hospital information system,medical industry base and industry software market standardization.However,the existing development dilemma remain outstanding,which included the obstacle of medical system,the restriction of traditional business process,the nurturing environment lack of medical software & hardware enterprises,the shortage of research supporting and personnel training,From the viewpoint of people,technology and society,some countermeasures of intelligent medical service were presented to promote the development of smart healthcare in Hubei Province.%掌握智慧医疗在湖北省的发展现状及面临问题,对进一步提升智慧医疗建设水平具有重要意义.通过省市两级调研发现,湖北省虽在理论体系建设、医院信息系统建设、医疗产业基地建设、行业软件市场规范等方面取得不俗成果,但仍面临着医疗体制性障碍、传统业务流程限制、医疗软件/硬件企业培育环境缺乏、科研支持及人才培养缺口严重等诸多发展困境.从“人”、“技术”、“社会”三个决策角度,提出推进湖北省智慧医疗发展的针对性对策.
