2例产科医患纠纷司法鉴定分析

摘要

Based on the retrospective analysis on two cases of judicial authentication of obstetric medical disputes, this paper aims at exploring the related issues to which should be paid attention in practice, and analyzing the following problems: how to divide responsibility, the judgment rule of medical procedures and injuries.%本文通过对2例产科医患纠纷司法鉴定案件进行回顾性分析，探讨在实务中处理此类案件时应注意的相关问题，并对如何划分责任度、医疗过程和损害结果的判断原则等进行了分析。
