某高校2010-2014年公共事业管理专业毕业生初次就业分析

摘要

By using statistical description method, this paper sorted and analyzed the initial employment of public utilities management graduates in Sichuan Medical University from 2010 to 2014, and found out its ups and downs, the employment unit is turning to give priority to hospitals, distribution difference of employment level is not big, employment location gives priority to their birthplace, etc.. As a result, in order to further improve the initial employment rate of public utility management graduates and strengthen students' employment competitiveness, we should reform professional courses, strengthen the employment guidance, and broaden the practical employment channels.%本文通过统计描述法对西南医科大学2010-2014届公共事业管理专业毕业生初次就业情况进行整理分析，显示出其初次就业率的起伏情况、就业单位逐渐转向以医院为主、就业层次人数分布差异不大、就业所在地选择倾向趋于籍贯所在地等特点。鉴此，为进一步提高公共事业管理专业毕业生的初次就业率，增强学生就业竞争力，学校或可从专业课程改革、加强就业指导、拓宽实践就业渠道等途径来实现。
