我院79例住院患者跌倒的根本原因分析及对策

摘要

Objective To analysis the reasons and characteristics of fall inpatients, reduce the occurrence of fall adverse events. Methods Using root cause analysis (RCA) analysis of the root causes of falls occurred. Result The main factors for falls and nurses assess its capacity is insufficient for the fall, safety awareness is not strong, protective measures imperfect, inadequate training and so on. Conclusion Care should be rational allocation of human resources, health education for patients and accompanying strengthen fall prevention education and training to proceed, patients are encouraged to participate in the prevention and reporting safety hazards, attention to environmental and facility safety, continuous improvement of care measures to reduce the incidence of falls incidents.%目的：分析住院患者发生跌倒的原因及特点，减少跌倒不良事件的发生。方法采用根本原因分析法（RCA）分析跌倒发生的根本原因。结果发生跌倒的主要因素与护士对跌倒因素评估能力不足、安全意识不强、防护措施不完善、相关培训不足等有关。结论应从合理配置护理人力、对患者及陪护健康宣教、加强防跌倒的教育培训着手，鼓励患者参与安全隐患防范及报告，重视环境和设施安全，不断改进护理措施，从而减少跌倒事件的发生。
