甲状腺瘤采用小切口甲状腺切除和传统甲状腺切除术治疗的临床体会

摘要

目的：探讨甲状腺瘤采用小切口切除术的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年4月—2013年4月期间我院收治的甲状腺瘤患者90例，根据选择术式的不同分为观察组（48例）和对照组（42例），观察组患者选择小切口甲状腺瘤切除术，对照组采用传统甲状腺切除术，观察对比两组术后效果。结果观察组与对照组相比优势明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小切口甲状腺瘤切除术治疗甲状腺瘤创伤小、恢复快、并发症少，且疗效确切，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the thyroid tumor resection using a small incision clinical value.Methods Select 90 cases of thyroid tumors april 2011- april 2013 during our hospital,according to the selected surgical procedures were divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (42 cases),Two groups of patients with different surgical methods,observe and compare postoperative results. Results Observed compared with the control group has the obvious advantages,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Small incision thyroid tumor resection of small thyroid tumors trauma,quicker recoveryand the exact effect,worthy of promotion.
