目的：观察预见性护理在肺癌患者术后中的应用效果。方法选择于2013年7月～2014年6月我院治疗的肺癌术后患者60例作为研究对象，随机分两组，各组30例，观察组采用预见性护理进行治疗，对照组采用常规性护理进行治疗，护理后，观察两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者卧床及住院时间均少于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护理满意度评分明显高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组生活质量的评分均高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论针对肺癌术后患者采用预见性护理效果显著，更有利于患者康复，有效提高患者生活质量，减少并发症发生率。%Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing in patients with lung cancer after operation. Methods 60 cases of lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with predictive nursing, and the control group was treated with routine nursing. Results The patients in the observation group were less than those in control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05);the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05);the incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with lung cancer, the use of predictive nursing effect is significant, more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.
