基于医案数据处理的再生障碍性贫血中医论治理论转化研究

摘要

目的：探讨再生障碍性贫血中医临床医案转化论治理论。方法收集中医治疗再生障碍性贫血的医案，基于数据挖掘技术，采用关联规则和熵聚类等数据挖掘方法，得到中医治疗再生障碍性贫血的辨证和处方用药理论。结果确定了再生障碍性贫血的中医常见证型、主要治法、常用中药出现频次，常用中药之间的关联规则，挖掘出50个核心配伍和11个新处方。结论中医论治再生障碍性贫血具有一定规律性，证型主要为气血不足证、脾肾两虚证、肾阴阳两虚证，常用补气血、健脾、补肾等功效的中药，从中医临床医案转化出再生障碍性贫血中医论治理论具有可行性。%Objective To explore aplastic anemia in TCM clinical treatment based on TCM theory basis transfor-mation.Methods To collect the basis of TCM treatment of aplastic anemia , based on data mining technology , uses the association rules and entropy clustering data mining methods , such as , the syndrome differentiation of TCM in the treatment of aplastic anemia and prescription medicine theory .Results Through the analysis of 73 basis, to determine the basis often witness type , the main treatment, commonly used traditional Chinese medi-cine ( TCM) occurrence frequency , and the association rules between drugs , dig out 50 core compatibility and 11 new prescription .Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment of aplastic anemia has certain regularity , the type is mainly qi deficiency syndrome , spleen and kidney deficiency , kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome , two commonly used for qi and blood , spleen, kidney and other efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine , from the tradi-tional Chinese medicine clinical basis into aplastic anemia is feasible for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine theory .
