组织工程支架在骨软骨修复中的应用进展

     

摘要

Osteochondral injury has been increasing with the growing number of sports-related injuries and accident traumas, which has caused increasing attention. Based on the current research, scaffolds for osteochondral tissue engineering show considerable potential in fully-utilizing materials and multiple pathways of signaling molecules. The basic factors considered for scaffold design are the biphasic structure with proper pore configurations, interfacial integration capabilities, gradient composition and compatible mechanical properties. Surface modification can improve the cell regulation and delivery of signaling molecules. The use of functional scaffolds with a controllable delivery strategy of multiple signaling molecules is considered a promising therapeutic approach.%因运动损伤、事故创伤所导致的骨软骨损伤逐渐增加, 骨软骨损伤的修复也越来越受到重视.基于目前的研究, 骨软骨组织工程支架在充分利用材料、信号分子的多种途径方面表现出巨大的潜能.支架设计需要考虑的基本要素是具有适当孔隙的双相结构和界面整合能力, 组成物质的梯度分布和相适应的机械性能.支架的表面修饰技术可以改善细胞调节和信号分子递送.功能性支架可调控多信号转导分子递送的功能, 被认为是有希望的治疗方法.
