Objective To observe clinical effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated by point injection combined with acupuncture. Methods 60 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were divided into the treatment group with point injection combined with acupuncture and the control group,30 cases each Curative effect of two groups uere obserred after lodays respectively. Results Efficacy score of the treatment group better than the control groups, more significant differences between the two groups( P <0.01 ). Two sets of transcranial Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment determination of the vertebral arterial and the basilar artery )of blood flow velocity,the treatment group significantly better than the control groups, with significant differences( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The cervical spondylosis of vetebral artery type of the treatment group were cured quickly with short courses, and better efficiency than the control group.%目的 观察穴位注射加针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例.治疗组采用穴位注射加针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,10 d后分别观察两组疗效.结果 治疗组疗效评分优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗前后两组经颅多普勒超声测定椎动脉、基底动脉的血流速度,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 穴位注射加针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病见效快、疗程短、有效率高.
