肠黏膜生物屏障的研究进展

摘要

肠黏膜生物屏障及肠道益生菌的功能与临床多种疾病的病因和治疗有着密切的联系,如小儿肥胖、肠道炎症性疾病、过敏性皮肤病、肝硬化、肿瘤等.其功能机制日益受到重视,但目前的研究尚存在一系列的问题.现通过查阅国内外文献,阐述其在相关细菌感染、菌群失调、细菌相关生化产物及肠黏膜组织结构破坏、分泌性IgA等因素影响下,肠道黏膜生物屏障出现的一系列生理和病理变化,及其主要的保护作用与损伤因素.%The causes and treaments of many clinical diseases, such as child obesity, intestinal inflammatory diseases,allergic dermatitises,hepatic cirrhosis,tumor,are closely related with intestine mucosal organism barrier and intestinal probiotics. Many scienists are paying much attention to it, though a series of problems still exist in he current study. Here is to review a series of physilogical and patholgical changes occuring in intestine mucosal barrier with the influence of inflammation, intestinal dysbacteriosis, biochemical products of bacteria and structural damage to the intestinal mucosa and secretory IgA, and its main protection function and the injury factors.
