2型糖尿病视网膜病变易感基因研究进展

     

摘要

Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common microvascular complications, however the underlying mechanisms remain elusive. A number of studies suggested that genetic susceptibility is the key to diabetic retinopathy. It was reported that aldose reductase gene,angiotensin converting enzyme gene, vascular endothelial growth factor gene, receptor for advanced glycation end products gene, methylene tetrahydro folate reductase, and other genes might be related to the development of diabetic retinopathy. Here is to review studies on gene polymorphism relations with diabetic retinopathy,which may be helpful for early prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.%糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,其发生、发展受多种因素的影响.遗传因素对糖尿病视网膜病变的发生、发展起重要作用.醛糖还原酶基因、血管紧张素转换酶基因、血管内皮生长因子基因、晚期糖基化终末产物受体基因、亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶基因等可能与糖尿病视网膜病变有关.因此,研究基因多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系将有助于早期防治糖尿病视网膜病变.
