益母草的免疫调节作用及其应用研究进展

Studies have shown that, leonurus heterophyllus weet as a common gynecological drug, its role is multifaceted.During recent years,with deepening study of domestic and foreign scholars,in the body immunity,polysaccharide and diterpene and other active ingredients of leonurus heterophyllus sweet, improve the normal immune, and promote pathological outcomes by promoting cellular and humoral immune functionn, improving and enhancing the role of the lymphatic circulation.Clinical trials proved that it has a better effect on the treatment of immune infertility, allergic purpura, purpura nephritis, urticaria, excessive solar ultraviolet radiation-induced skin diseases.%益母草作为一种妇科常用药,研究表明其作用是多方面的.近年来,随着国内外学者对其研究的不断深入,在机体免疫方面,益母草中多糖及二萜等有效成分,通过细胞、体液免疫作用,改善和增强淋巴循环,改善正常机体免疫,亦可促进病态转归.临床试验证明在治疗免疫性不孕、过敏性紫癜、紫癜性肾炎、荨麻疹和过量日光紫外线的照射引发的皮肤病等都有较好的疗效.
