肾衰竭患者血清甲状旁腺激素检测的临床应用

摘要

Renal failure,as the majority of end-stage renal disease, greatly reduced the patient's quality of life. Parathyroid hormone( PTH ) in renal failure patients with high levels can cause a range of toxic effects. which had a significant effect on clinical progression of the disease and prognosis.Recently,the impact effect of PTH which played in the development of renal failure has been extensive attention. Determination of PTH was not only helpful for diagnosis and judging stage of renal failure , but also helpful for the prevention of the complications and efficacy evaluation.%肾衰竭作为大多数肾脏疾病的终末期,大大降低了患者的生存质量.甲状旁腺激素在衰竭患者体内的高水平状态可引发一系列毒性反应,在疾病的临床进展及转归中产生着重要的效应.近年来,甲状旁腺激素在肾衰竭发生发展中所起的影响效应已受到广泛重视.血清甲状旁腺激素的测定不仅有助于对肾衰竭的诊断及临床分期的判定,而且对其并发症的预防及疗效的评估有着不可忽略的作用.
