炎性衰老与老年性聋

老年性聋的发病机制仍不明了,研究较多的有衰老、基因突变、氧化应激等.其中炎性衰老是指在自然衰老进程中机体呈现的进展性的慢性促炎性反应状态.其中促炎性细胞因子和氧化应激在炎性衰老的发病机制中发挥重要作用.促炎性细胞因子在多种内耳疾病的发病机制中发挥重要作用.炎性衰老与某些年龄相关性疾病的发病过程密切相关,老年性聋作为年龄相关性疾病的一种,可能与炎性衰老有关.%It is ambiguous about the mechanism involved in age-related hearing loss, or presbycusis.There are many proposed mechanisms that contribute to this process,which include aging, genetic mutation, oxidative stress, and so on.Inflammaging is characterized as increasing low-grade chronic inflammation during process of normal aging.And proinflammatory cytokine and oxidative stress take an important role in the inflammaging.Proinflammatory cytokines perform an important role in diseases of inner ear.Inflammaging which is related with many age-related diseases may have relation with presbycusis, for it is one of age-related diseases.
