Regulatory T cells play an important role in the dynamic balance of organ transplantation,allergic disease, tumor immunity and infection immunity. Regulatory T cells not only induce self tolerance to prevent onset of autoimmune disease but also limit over activation of T cells and B cells to avoid tissues damage during immunologic defence. The mechanism of inhibition is unclear although it is suspected that regulatory T cells can maintain inhibition by activation, proliferation and differentiation effect. Here is to review the types, characteristics, mechanisms, and roles of regulatory T cells in viral infectious diseases.%调节性T细胞在器官移植、过敏性疾病、肿瘤免疫、感染免疫等病理过程中对维持机体免疫动态平衡具有非常重要的作用.调节性T细胞不仅诱导产生自身免疫耐受、防止自身免疫疾病的发生,而且能够限制免疫防御中T、B细胞过度活化、避免造成组织损伤.尽管调节性T细胞可能通过调节免疫细胞活化、增殖和分化及效应等多环节产生抑制作用,但其抑制机制仍未清楚.现对调节性T细胞亚群可能的作用机制及其在病毒感染性疾病中的作用进展予以综述.
