目的探讨16排螺旋CT在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值.方法对38例胸部外伤后存在可疑肋骨骨折征象的患者进行16排螺旋CT检查,利用容积再现、最大密度投影、多平面重建、曲面重建等后处理技术结合断层图像进行观察.结果 38例胸部外伤患者共发现39根肋骨骨折.其中4例患者各有1根肋骨完全骨折,6例患者各有1根肋骨出现肋骨不全骨折,5例各有2根不全肋骨骨折,5例分别有3根肋骨骨折.1例出现4根肋骨骨折.结论胸部外伤后及时数字化X线摄影检查结果为阴性或可疑存在肋骨骨折的患者,凡局部有固定压痛症状且不易缓解者,应对其进行16排螺旋CT检查,可明显提高肋骨骨折的检出率.%Objective To explore the value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rih fracture. Methods Doing 16-slice spiral CT examination for 38 patients injured on chest,all of which had suspective signs of rib fracture. The image were ohserved carefully in the aid of the post-treatment technologies including volume reconstruction , maximum intensity projection , multi-plane reconstruction, and curved surface reconstruction etc. ,comhined with CT scanning image. Results We found fracture of 39 ribs in 38 patients, among which ,4 had complete fracture of 1 rib,6 had slight fracture of 1 rib,5 had slight fracture of 2 ribs,3 had fracture of 3 rihs,1 had fracture of 4 ribs. Conclusion For people who have received digital radiography examinations, the results are negative or the image can only show some suspective signs, but they have obviously localized symptom of pain which can not he relieved easily,16 slice spiral CT examination should he done on them,which can improve the testing rate of rib fracture greatly.
