Functional gastrointestional disorders( FGIDs )is a variety of gastrointestinal symptoms which can not be explained with organic diseases or abnormal biochemical or pathological index so far. WHO proposed that "health is not only the absence of disease, but also physical health, mental health, good social and moral health." Modern medicine advocates biological-psychological-social medical model,making exploration and study of psychological factors a hot research point in the occurrence and development of diseases, especially in this type of psychosomatic disease. A large number of studies have shown that life events, mental stress, emotional disorders and other psychological factors seriously affect the genesis, progress and treatment of these diseases. Here is to review the research status of spiritual and psychological factors influence on FGIDs and the possible meachanisms, psychotherapy prognosis on FGIDs.%功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)是一类具有消化道症状而目前暂不能用器质性病变或生化、病理指标异常来解释的疾病.WHO提出"健康不仅是没有疾病,而且包括躯体健康、心理健康、社会适应良好和道德健康".现代医学倡导生物-心理-社会医学模式,使得精神心理因素在疾病的发生、发展中的作用成为研究热点之一.不同的精神心理因素影响这类疾病的发生、进展和治疗.现就精神心理因素对FGIDs的影响及可能机制和心理治疗对FGID预后的研究现状予以综述.
