肝胃不和型功能性消化不良与精神心理因素和胃肠激素的相关性

摘要

功能性消化不(FD)是临床常见功能性胃肠病之一,其发病率逐年升高,而中医药在临床治疗中显示出其独特的优越性及较好的疗效性.中医辨证肝胃不和型FD与脾、胃、心、肝多脏相关,病机为肝郁气滞,胃失和降,发病与情志内伤密不可分.西医发病机制与脑-肠轴功能失调密切相关,其中涉及多种胃肠激素的参与,而精神心理因素常影响病程,加大了治疗难度;部分胃肠激素同时参与精神心理疾病与FD的发病过程,三者之间关联密切,为伴有精神障碍的FD多靶点研究及治疗提供了新思路.%Functional dyspepsia (FD) is one of the common clinical functional gastrointestinal diseases,and its incidence has been increasing year by year,however,traditional Chinese medicine has shown its unique advantages and good therapeutic effect in clinical treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine dialecticalliver stomach disharmonic FD are closely associated with spleen,stomach,heart,liver.The pathogenesis is stagnation of liver qi and stomach disharmony,and the morbidity is closely related to emotional injuries.As for the pathogenesis of western medicine,it is closely related to the dysfunction of brain and intestinal axis,and a variety of gastrointestinal hormones are also involved.The psychological factors often affect the course of disease,increasing the difficulty of treatment.Part of gastrointestinal hormones are involved in the process of mental disorders and FD,so there are close connection between the three,which provides a new idea for the multitarget research and treatment of FD with mental disorder.
