With the injury mechanisms of spinal tuberculosis has been further clarified, currently internal fixation treatment of spinal tuberculosis has become the trend of treatment. There are tremendous new progresses in respects of debridement and anterior internal fixation, debridement and posterior internal fixation, as well as plus before and the joint anterior and posterior debridement combined with internal fixation.
