天津医科大学第二医院2007～2010年住院癌症患者抗肿瘤中药制剂的临床应用分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the use of anti - cancer traditional Chinese medicine preparation in our hospital and provide reference for reasonable drug application. Methods The utilization data of these medicines in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 was analyzed statistically by sequencing of consumption sum and defined daily dose( DDD ) method. Results The consumption amount and DDDs of these medicines increased year by year, while defined daily cost ( DDC ) showed decreasing trend. Shenqi Fuzheng Injection took up the first place of consumption amount list and DDDs list. The application of a few preparations was confined in clinical therapeutication because of the price and adverse drug reaction. Conclusion The utilization of anti - cancer traditional Chinese medicine preparation in our hospital is relatively reasonable. Comprehensive considerations including " good effect, reasonahle cost, less adverse reactions and convenient usage" should be taken into account during clinical drug application .and close attention should be paid to the adverse reactions of this category of traditional Chinese medicines.%目的 分析我院抗肿瘤中药制剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 通过住院药房医院信息管理系统数据库检索,采用金额排序法和限定日剂量分析法对天津医科大学第二医院2007 ～2010年抗肿瘤中药制剂的应用情况进行统计和分析.结果 我院抗肿瘤中药制剂的年销售额和用药频度呈逐年增加的趋势,而日均费用则呈逐年下降的趋势.无论是年销售额、还是用药频度,参芪扶正注射液始终稳定地排名第1位.一些价格相对偏高或不良反应比较突出的制剂在临床的使用量逐渐下降.结论 我院抗肿瘤中药制剂的临床使用比较合理.在临床用药过程中,要把"疗效好、经济合理、不良反应少、使用方便"等方面综合考虑,同时要密切关注此类中药制剂药物的不良反应.
