Objective To explore the clinical effect of gonadotropins-releasing hormone agonists ( GnRH-a )for promotion of ovulation. Methods Choose 66 patients admitted during February 2007-February 2011 because of ovulation obstacles, randomly divided into two groups — human chorionic gonadotrophin( HCG ) group and GnRH-a group,33 cases each, observe the ovulation triggering effect of the two groups. Results Basic endocrine, cycle ovulation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, multiple births rate, abortion rate of the two groups were not statistically significantly different( P ＞ 0.05 ), ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome occurrence ( OHSS )is statistically significantly different( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion GnRHa triggering ovulation is better than HCG, due to the reduced occurrence of OHSS.%目的 探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)促进排卵的临床疗效.方法 选择本院2007年2月至2011年2月因排卵障碍住院的患者66例,随机分为两组,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)组和GnRH-a组,每组33例,观察两组促发排卵的效果.结果 治疗后,两组基础内分泌、周期排卵率、临床妊娠率、多胎率、流产率发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 GnRH-a诱发排卵优于HCG,可降低OHSS的发生.
