关节镜下四股半腱肌肌腱重建前交叉韧带术后综合康复的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabiliation after arthroscopic surgery of reconstructing anterior cruciate ligament with four-strand semitendinosus tendon and titanium plate buttons.Methods Choose 77 cases of the patients who received the surgery during February 2007 to February 2009, give them systemtic comprehensive rehabilitation treatment after the surgery, evaluate the effect with indicators such as Lyshohn knee score, knee joint range of motion and stability.Results Follow-ups starting from 6 months after the surgery for 1 year on average were done: joint effusion appeared in 9 patients,which were cured after treatment.All patients reached 125 ° or above knee range of motion with knee joint stability strengthened.Preoperative and postoperative Lyshohn knee scores were significantly different( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment after arthroscopic surgery of reconstructing anterior cruciate ligament with four-strand semitendinosus tendon and titanium plate buttons have greatly improved the knee function.%目的 探讨关节镜下四股半腱肌肌腱和钛钮扣钢板重建前交叉韧带术后综合康复治疗的疗效.方法 选择2007年2月至2009年2月关节镜下四股半腱肌肌腱和钛钮扣钢板重建前交叉韧带患者77例,术后进行系统的综合康复治疗,采用Lysholm膝关节评分、膝关节活动范围测量和膝关节稳定性等指标评价疗效.结果 术后6个月后进行随访,平均随访时间1年.有9例患者出现关节积液,经对症治疗而治愈.所有患者膝关节活动度达到125°以上.膝关节稳定性得到加强.术前、术后患者Lysholm膝关节评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 采用综合康复治疗对关节镜下四股半腱肌肌腱和钛钮扣钢板重建前交叉韧带术后膝关节功能有较大的改善.
