小儿肥胖与围生期保健的关系研究进展

摘要

In recent years, the incidence of childhood obesity is increasing significantly.The etiology and pathogenesis of childhood obesity are complex and diverse.Pediatric disorders associated with obesity have been increasing as well.Obesity can disturb glucose and lipid metabolisms.In some cases, childhood obesity can extend into adolescent obesity and adult obesity.Obesity underlies all chronic diseases, such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, and hypertension, which seriously affect the health and growth of children.This article reviews the etiology of childhood obesity in assoication with perinatal health care.%近年来,小儿肥胖的发生率明显增加,病因及发病机制十分复杂,而且呈多样性.随之而来的与小儿肥胖相关的疾病也日渐增多.肥胖可引起糖、脂代谢紊乱,而且有一部分小儿肥胖可延伸为青春期肥胖和成人期肥胖,肥胖又是一切慢性病的根源,如糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压等,严重影响小儿的健康成长.现就小儿肥胖的病因机制与围生期保健予以阐述.
