心理状态对突发性耳聋疗效的影响

摘要

目的 探讨心理状态对突发性耳聋疗效的影响.方法 回顾性分析自2005年6月至2009年12月在我科住院的126例突发性耳聋患者疗效及SCL-90量表得分,统计分析其总分、因子分及疗效.结果 治愈和显效组及好转和无效组SCL-90 总分间差异有统计学意义(t=26.615,P<0.05).好转和无效组患者常常伴有躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和人际关系等问题,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心理状态与突发性耳聋的疗效密切相关,心理障碍导致治愈率下降.%Objective To study the effects of psychological performance on therapeutic outcomes of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 126 patients ( 142 ears ) with sudden deafness were enrolled from June 2005 to December 2009 for the analyses of the overall and factorial scores of SCL-90 and therapeutic outcomes. Results Psychological performance of the cured and recovered groups was significantly better than that of the improved and refractory groups. The improved and refractory groups were often complicated with somatization disorder, depression, anxiety, paranoia, and interpersonal relationship problems. Conclusion The psychological performance and therapeutic outcomes of sudden deafness are closely related, whislt psychological disorders disfavor the cure rate.
