姜黄素在冠心病中的研究进展

Curcumin is the effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine turmeric, with widely pharmacological effects, has effects of antioxidant, eliminating free radical, antiinflammatory, et al. While mechanisms of oxidative damage, radical injury, inflammation play important roles in the genesis and development of coronary disease. So Curcumin in prevention and treatment coronary heart disease has unique pharmacological effects, from multiple levels protecting cardiovascular tissues by modulating lipid, stabilizing plaques, improving endothelial function, restraining vascular smooth muscle proliferation, protecting myocardium,improving heart function.%姜黄素是姜黄属中药中的有效成分,药理作用广泛,具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抗凝、抗炎等作用,而氧化损伤、自由基损伤、炎性反应等机制在冠心病的发生发展中起重要作用.因此姜黄素对冠心病的防治有独特药理作用,能够从调脂,稳定斑块,改善血管内皮功能,抑制血管平滑肌增殖,保护心肌,改善心功能等多个层面保护心血管组织.
