改良式自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨翼状胬肉切除联合以羊膜为载体的角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效.方法 对复发性翼状胬肉58例60眼在显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除联合以羊膜为载体的小片(2 mm×2 mm)角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后观察胬肉复发及眼表修复情况.结果 随访8～24月,5例5眼复发,53例55眼治愈.结论 改良式自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合羊膜移植术能有效治疗复发性翼状胬肉,且对于大范围的翼状胬肉及多次手术后复发的患者都能取得良好的疗效.%Objective To observe the effect of the simple pterygium excision and improved limbal stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation for the treatment of recurrent pterygium. Methods Fifty-eight cases ( 60 eyes ) with recurrent pterygium underwent simple pterygium excision gived new improved limbal stem cell transplantation and combined with amniotic membrane transplantation,this cases were followed up for 8 to 24 months. Results Fifty-three cases were cured,while 5 cases recurred in the follow-up period. Conclusion The improved technique for treatment of recurrent pterygium is safe method,effective way with low recurrence rate and few serious compications.
