高同型半胱氨酸与妊娠高血压疾病的研究进展

         

摘要

Hyperhomocysteinemia disturbs oxidation-reduction equilibrium and results in the damages on vascular endothelial cells. The consequent arteriolar spasm is consistent with the pathogenesis of pregnancy-induced hypertension ( PIH ). The genetic polymorphism of homocysteine metabolic enzyme is closely associated with the occurrence of PIH. The test of hyperhomocysteinemia is clinically helpful for the early detection, prevention, and treatment of PIH. Folic acid deficiency is likely to contribute to hyperhomocysteinemia in PIH patients,whereas folic acid supplementation corrects hyperhomocysteinemia,beneficial for early prevention and treatment of PIH.%高同型半胱氨酸使氧化还原系统平衡失调,导致血管内皮细胞受损,继而引发小动脉痉挛,符合妊娠期高血压疾病的发病机制,同型半胱氨酸代谢酶基因多态性与妊娠高血压疾病的发生密切相关.它的检测对妊娠高血压疾病的早期发现及预防、治疗有一定的临床意义.而叶酸缺乏可能诱发妊娠期高血压疾病患者高同型半胱氨酸血症;通过补充叶酸来纠正同型半胱氨酸水平,有助于妊娠期高血压疾病的早期预防和治疗.
