儿童单纯性肥胖及危险因素研究概况

Simple obesity can affect children's physical and mental health, continue to adulthood and affect the quality of life.The incidence of Chinese children's simple obesity is increasing, and has differences in sex, age and region.Many risk factors have been demonstrated to contribute to childhood obesity, including heredity,children's birth body mass, early feeding mathods, dietary structure,the habit of diet and behavior,parents' behavioral consciousness and the social culture, etc.It is important to understand the assess standard of childhood obesity and actively control the risk factors for prevention and controling of childhood obesity.%单纯性肥胖可影响儿童的身心健康,延续到成年期而影响生活质量.中国儿童单纯性肥胖发生率呈上升趋势,且存在性别、年龄、地域等差异.引起儿童肥胖的危险因素多种多样且相互关联,包括遗传、儿童出生体质量、早期喂养方式、饮食结构、饮食与行为习惯、父母行为意识及社会文化等.深入了解评价儿童肥胖的标准,积极控制其高危因素,对儿童肥胖的防治尤为重要.
