硫酸钙人工骨修复骨缺损的研究进展

     

摘要

Restoration of mandibular defects has been an important part in the research of oral and maxiliofacial surgery.To find the ideal bone for repairing bone defects has become the reserch foucs in the field of medical and biological materials.Calcium sulfate as a bone graft material in the western countries have centuries of history.The material has better biocompatibility, more convenient to disinfect, easier to obtain, easier to operate which can inject flawed place to the marrow, solidify in situ, meet the bone and mould the shape flawed.At present the material has become a hot research.The calcium suliate in restoring bone defects will be overviewed in this paper.%颌骨缺损的修复一直是口腔颌面外科研究的重要内容之一.寻求理想的人工骨替代材料修复骨缺损已成为医学和生物材料领域的研究重点.硫酸钙人工骨作为植骨材料在西方国家已有百年的历史,其生物相容性好,能完全降解,对周围组织没有异物刺激作用,能够注射入骨缺损处,原位固化,适应骨缺损进行塑形,被视为最有前途的骨移植替代材料之一.现就硫酸钙人工骨修复骨缺损的研究进展进行综述.
