造血干细胞体外扩增方法研究进展

摘要

Hematopoietic stem cells( HSCs )have both self-renewal and differentiation potential and could be differentiated into blood and immune systems. Currently,umbilical card blood,the main source of hematopoietic stem cell,has been studied widely. The amount of HSCs in a single umbilical card blood is too little to sustain adult hematopoietic reconstitution, which needs ex vivo expansion. There are a variety of HSCs ex vivo expansion approaches,and here is to make a review on the progress.%造血干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,能够发育为血液系统和免疫系统.脐带血作为造血干细胞的主要来源,成为近年来的研究热点.但单份脐带血中,造血干细胞的数量有限,不能支持成年人的造血重建,需要进行体外扩增.造血干细胞体外扩增的方法有很多,现就造血干细胞体外培养方法的研究进展予以综述.
