目的 探讨结直肠癌手术患者术后早期肠内营养对机体肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响.方法 将60例结直肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组(30例)、试验组(30例).实验组于手术后24 h开始进食瑞素肠内营养液,能量计算105 kJ/(kg·d),对照组采用静脉营养.术后72、96、120 h取病例血液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,并进行比较.结果 试验组术后72、96 h血清炎性介质(TNF、IL-6)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早期肠内营养可减轻结直肠癌手术患者术后炎性反应.%Objective To research the influence early intestines nutrition on TNF-a, IL-6 in colorectal cancer surgery patients. Methods 60 colorectal cancer surgery patients were divided into the control group( n = 30 )and trial group( n = 30 ). The trial group started to eat auspicious element nutrition 24 hours after surgery,the energy calculation 105 kJ/( kg · d ),the control group adopted the vein nutrition; 72 hours,96 hours,120 hours after surgery blood sample was takenserum TNF-a,IL-6 level was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and comparison was done. Results Blood serum inflammation medium( TNF-a,IL-6 )level 72,96 h after surgery was obviously lower than the control group with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Early intestines nutrition may reduce the inflammation response of the colorectal cancer surgery patients.
