我院2009～2011年1439例皮肤病病种构成分析

摘要

目的 分析空军航空医学研究所附属医院确诊的皮肤病分布并讨论其临床意义.方法 回顾性分析2009～2011年空军航空医学研究所附属医院皮肤科门诊和住院确诊皮肤病患者1439例的临床资料,对皮肤病进行分类并计算构成比.结果 1439例皮肤病中,分布前10位的分别是湿疹104例(7.23％),手足癣88例(6.12％),神经性皮炎65例(4.52％),荨麻疹和痤疮各64例(4.45％),跖疣和体股癣各62例(4.31％),甲真菌病60例(4.17％),花斑癣48例(3.34％),接触性皮炎45例(3.13％).结论 需采取有效措施,减少皮肤病的患病率.%Objective To analyze the distribution and the clinical significance of skin diseases confirmed in Affiliated Hospital of Aviation Medicine Research Center of Air Force. Methods Clinical data of 1439 cases of skin diseases from outpatient and inpatient department during 2009-2011 were retrospectively analyzed,classification and the constituent ratio were done. Results Among the 1439 cases,the distribution of the top 10 were; eczema104 cases (7. 23% ) , tinea 88 cases ( 6. 12% ) , neurodermatitis 65 cases (4.52% ) .urticaria 64 cases(4. 45% ),acne 64 cases(4. 45% ) .plantar warts 62 cases(4. 31% ) .tinea corporis 62 cases(4. 31% ) ,onyehomycosis 60 cases(4. 17% ) ,tinea versicolor48 cases(3. 34% ) ,and contact dermatitis 45 cases(3. 13% ). Conclusion Effective measures need to be taken to reduce the prevalence of skin diseases.
