前列腺素E1治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床效果观察

摘要

目的观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床效果.方法 将81例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(40例),两组均采用非血液透析常规治疗,观察组加用PGE1静脉滴注3周.观察两组相关生化指标变化及不良反应情况.结果 与治疗前比较,观察组治疗后Scr、BUN水平下降,Ccr水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组患者Scr、Ccr水平比较差异有统计学意义,且观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组不良反应表现为静脉炎4例,胃肠反应2例,对症处理后好转,可继续用药.结论 PGE1可短期改善患者肾功能,延缓肾功能恶化效果明显,对远期的肾保护作用需进一步研究和探讨.%Objective To investigate the clinical effects using prostaglandin E, ( PCE, )to erne rhronir renal insufficiency. Methods 81 cases of chronic renal insufficiency were randomly divided into 41 cases as observation group and 40 cases as control group. Both groups were given the conventional treatment oi non-hemodialysis and PCE, intravenous instillation was added in the observation group for 3 weeks. The related biochemical indices and adverse reactions were observed. Results Compared with the results before treatment, in observation group, the level of Scr,BUN were lower and the level of Or was increased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant P ＜0.05 ). Meanwhile, the results of observation group were better than the control group, the differences of Scr and Or level between the two groups had statistical significance^ P＜0.05 ). As for adverse reactions,4 cases of phlebitis and 2 cases of gastrointestinal reactions were seen in the observation group, the symptoms of which got better after treatment, and the medication was continued. Conclusion PCE, can improve the shoit term renal junction,and obviously delay the deterioration of the renal junction,while the long term renal protection needs further study.
