髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的研究进展

摘要

髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折是一种严重的损伤,正确、及时的诊断和治疗与患者的预后密切相关.现以髋关节周围解剖结构为基础,对髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的损伤机制、分型进行探讨.目前对髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折的诊断需结合X线和CT等影像学检查,以防漏诊.治疗方法以切开复位内固定为主,根据不同的骨折类型采取不同的手术入路.最后对近年来髋关节后脱位合并股骨头骨折诊断、治疗方法的研究进展进行总结.%Fracture of femoral head associated with posterior dislocation of the hip is a severe injury, the prognosis of which depends largely on timely and appropriate treatment. Here is to discuss the mechanism and classification of the injury based on the anatomic characteristics of hip joint and then make a review' on the present strategies of diagnosis such as the imaging test of X-ray and CT and therapies, mainly open reduction and internal fixation where different surgical approaches should be adopted according to different fracture types. Finally,the cutting-edge researches on the diagnosis and treatment is summarized.
