新四联药物治疗老年人消化性溃疡的临床观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical value and efficacy of new quadruple drugs for treatment of peptic ulcer in the elderly. Methods The retrospective analysis was made on 86 cases treated by new quadruple therapy and 84 cases treated by routine therapy from Oct. 2008 to Mar. 2010. Results The ulcer healing rate of observation group was 90. 9% , lip eradicate rate was 95. 8% , while ulcer healing rate of control group was 80. 6% , lip eradicate rate was 85. 0% , showed statistically significant differences( All P < 0. 01 ). Both of the groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Quadruple therapy for the elderly with peptic ulcer is a safe, effective method and worthy of cilinical promoting.%目的 探讨新四联药物治疗老年消化性溃疡(PU)的临床价值和疗效.方法 以我院2008年10月至2010年3月经内镜确诊为PU的86例老年患者为观察组,采用新四联疗法给予治疗,同期采用常规治疗的84例老年PU患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的疗效.结果 观察组的溃疡愈合有效率为90.9%,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率为95.8%,对照组的溃疡愈合有效率为80.6%,Hp根除率为85.0%,两组患者的溃疡愈合有效率和Hp根除率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).两组均未出现严重不良反应.结论 采用新四联药物治疗老年PU有良好疗效,不良反应少,临床值得推广.
