超声心动图评价存活心肌的研究进展

摘要

有效地评价心肌存活性对冠心病患者左心室功能状态的判断,治疗方案的选择和预后的评估具有重要的临床意义.近年来,随着新的超声诊断技术的不断出现,超声心动图在识别存活心肌中的临床应用受到日益关注.目前,超声心动图主要是通过检测心肌收缩储备功能及心肌血流灌注显像等方法来评价心肌的存活性.现就超声心动图在评价存活心肌中的研究进展予以综述.%The effective assessment of myocardial viability is very important for judging the state of the left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease and guiding clinical treatments and evaluating the prognosis. Along with many new ultrasound diagnostic techniques emerging in recent years,clinical applications of ultrasound in the assessment of myocardial viability causing more and more attention. The principal methods to evaluate myocardial viability by echocardiography are detection of myocardial contractile reserve function and myocardial perfusion. Here is to make a review' on the research progress in the evaluation of myocardial viability by echocardiography.
