1000 Hz探测音声导抗及其鼓室图分类方法的研究进展

         

摘要

Tympanometry using 1000 Hz probe tone is new for clinical assessment of middle ear function with high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of infant otitis media, which has been recognized by domestic and foreign scholars. However, the classification methods of trace patterns is not yet unified. Here is to make a review' on the current study of 1000 llz probe tone tympanometry and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the following four methods: the visual classification system based on the Liden/Jerger classification, Kei classification system, Baldwin baseline method and the Vanhuyse model.%1000 Hz探测音声导抗检测是一种新用于临床、评估中耳功能的检测手段,对于婴幼儿中耳炎的诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,这一点已得到国内外学者的认同.目前,对选择哪种判断方法用于分析检测得到的鼓室图仍存在分歧.现就近年来有关1000 Hz探测音声导抗的研究予以综述,对比分析基于Linder/Jerger法的直观声导抗分类法、Kei直观声导抗分类法、Baldwin基线法及Vanhuyse分类法四种诊断方法.
